Aulani Resort Appoints Suzy Bordeaux Johlfs as New Spa & Merchandise Director
Hospitality veteran with over 30 years of industry expertise returns to Ko Olina to drive guest experiences

KO OLINA, Hawai‘i — Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa recently welcomed Suzy Bordeaux Johlfs as the new Spa & Merchandise Director. In her new role, Johlfs oversees a talented team of more than 150 Cast Members dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across Aulani’s spa and merchandise divisions, contributing to the overall success of the resort.
Johlfs brings more than 30 years of industry experience from Hawai‘i, California and Colorado. Prior to joining Aulani, Johlfs served as Director of Spa & Wellness at Indian Springs Resort in Calistoga, Calif., and spent 13 years as Spa Director at Silverado Resort in Napa, Calif. Johlfs began her career in Hawai‘i with roles at Hyatt Regency Waikoloa, Hilton Waikoloa Village, and as part of the original opening team at Ihilani Resort (now Four Seasons) in Ko Olina.

As Aulani’s new Spa & Merchandise Director, Johlfs is responsible for driving the strategic operations of Aulani’s wellness services, including Laniwai Spa—the first spa ever created by Disney. Working closely with the executive team, Johlfs will ensure that the resort’s spa and retail programs embody the spirit of local hospitality and Disney’s renowned service to enhance guest experiences.
