KO OLINA, Hawai‘i – Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa invites performers to audition for a chance to bring Disney magic to life at the award-winning resort in Ko Olina. With competitive pay, career development opportunities and a supportive work environment, Aulani offers a rewarding entertainment career in Hawai‘i.
Cast members who join the team will be part of immersive storytelling that celebrates the beauty and culture of Hawai‘i through Disney experiences. Entertainment roles offer pay rates ranging from $29.10 to $35.93 per hour, along with a range of benefits that make Aulani a premier place to build a career.

Auditions will take place over two days at The Salvation Army Kroc Center Hawai‘i in Ewa Beach:
- Moana look-alike auditions | Friday, March 28 at 3 p.m. – Seeking cast members with a strong resemblance to Moana to engage guests through storytelling and character interactions. Auditionees will be evaluated on basic improv skills, movement and a vocal performance of 16 bars a cappella.
- Resort performer auditions | Friday, March 28 at 10 a.m. – Seeking warm and endearing performers who can sing and play the ‘ukulele while sharing the spirit of aloha, just like a favorite aunty or uncle.
- EmCee host auditions | Friday, March 28 at 12:30 p.m. – Looking for cast members to enhance the Disney experience in a variety of entertainment roles; no prior acting experience required.
- Character performer auditions | Saturday, March 29 at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. – Seeking cast members to bring beloved Disney characters to life through guest interactions; no acting experience necessary.
